Valami fejlemény ezzel kapcsolatban? (Elvileg mindenképpen elvárták felsorolt dolgokat.)

Egy kérdés: arra is rászállnak, ha javításból jön vissza valami, 0-ás értékkel?
Vihetem be az eredeti papírokat? Nem nagyon vannak már meg.
Lehet különbség aközött, ha cég vagy magánember a címzett?
