"The swap level tells which pins can be swapped by the Auto-Router if
it makes the layout simpler. A swap level of "0" means the pin cannot
be swapped. The two inputs on the gate are interchangeable, thus their
swap levels are both set to "1" - any pins with the same swap level
can be swapped. There is only one output pin so it's swap level is "0"
- it cannot be swapped.

Later when the Device is created, each gate also has a swap level so
an entire gate can be swapped. The Auto-Router can even swap to a gate
in a different, identical component."

Ha 0, nem cserélheti az autorouter, egyébként meg a megegyező
""szintűek" csereszabatosak.
